The ACEO Bounty Competition was started in April 2008 by Etsy member bellsakabin, and ever since then those participating have been having so much fun.
Here's a basic run down about what this fun contest is about:
Etsy sellers participating in the “ACEO Bounty” thread, post “General Challenges” or “Specific Artist Challenges” in the thread. Then anyone can create ACEO's that answer the challenge, including the person who issued the challenge.
One challenge per person per day is allowed. Challenges never expire and artists can answer a challenge as many times as they want.
Be sure to list your ACEO's with “ACEO Bounty” in the title and then they will come up when potential buyers search.
The Ultimate “ACEO Bounty” Prize will be awarded when the competition closes. See below for a link to a complete list of official rules.
Until it closes the ACEO Bounty cards are for sale and anyone can buy / sell / trade / donate them.
Since June 2008 we have been having monthly “Mini ACEO Bounty” Contests in a different thread each month - post to the main “ACEO Bounty” thread to have a chance to win the cards donated each month - and post to the “Mini ACEO Bounty - Single ACEO Draw” thread (Search the forums to find the current thread to participate in.) to have a chance to win one ACEO on the 15th of the month.
ACEO stands for Art Cards Editions and Originals. They are highly collectible pieces of art. They are 2.5 x 3.5 inches - trading card size. They are made in any medium, and range in price from one dollar all the way up to hundreds and thousands of dollars. They can be sold, traded, purchased, etc.
ACEO's are sometimes also called ATC's, which stands for Artist Trading Cards. They can only be traded.

Pink is a wonderful choice for that challenge. I saw her new bee girl today but could not find it in her shop. I loved it.
Thanks! Yes I love her bee girl, even though I HATE bees! But it's beautiful!
